  • With your software retrofits can I still retain my original system?
    Yes, all of our retrofits will allow you to retain your original system, which means all of your original menus, service history, settings, reverse camera etc. are all fully functional.
  • If I buy one of your products, can you fit it for me?"
    Yes we can! VeeHive works with approved fitting garages across the UK, check out the closest garage that has our stamp of approval! If you wish to. you can always have our products fitted elsewhere or you can fit it yourself!
  • Can you replace my current screen with something bigger and touch screen?
    For BMW, Mercedes Benz and Audi, on most occasions we can upgrade your current screen and you’ll always still have access to all of your original manufacturer software (iDrive, NTG, MMI)
  • Can you put Apple CarPlay on my car without replacing the screen?
    Yes, you can retrofit one of our Apple CarPlay media integration Modules, for BMW, Mercedes Benz or VAG Group cars.
  • Where are you based?
    We are a UK based company, but we offer all of our products and services worldwide! All remote services and orders will be carried out and shipped from our warehouse here in Newcastle Upon-Tyne, UK
  • What will you do with My old screen when you replace it?
    If we replace your screen, the old screen is yours to keep, or we can recycle it for you for free 🙌
  • I already have Apple CarPlay but I want to improve my in car entertainment system, can you help?"
    Yes we can, if you already have Apple CarPlay/Android Auto built into your car, we recommend you to check out our HiveBox USB plug n play system or our wired to wireless CarPlay activator
  • I want Apple CarPlay but I think my car is too old
    It’ll surprise you how old some of the cars are that we’ve retrofitted, if you don’t find any products listed for your specific car in our shop, please submit a special enquiry form by clicking here
  • My car doesn’t have Bluetooth, will your CarPlay retrofit work wirelessly?"
    Yes, all of our products have their own built in Bluetooth
  • Do you provide warranty?
    Yes, we provide a 365 day warranty on all products, check out our warranty information here
  • I want a bespoke coding for a retrofit on my car, how can I enquire?"

  • How can I get some information on Remapping my car?
    Submit a remap enquiry form and a member of our team will be in touch with a personalised remap report within 24 hours of your submission
  • What happens if I order the wrong product?
    If you order a product with the incorrect software variant, don't worry, it's totally fine, we understand that these things happen, and we are happy to arrange an exchange. contact us on with your order number and mention that you want an exchange, we will guide you through the process to return the incorrect product and we will send you out the correct variant. Return postage costs are the responsibilty of the customer to pay, please be aware that you are also liable to pay a £10 postage surcharge to have the correct product resent If you have opted for an installation service, and the issue of the incorrect product or software is determined at the time of installation, you are liable to pay 50% of the original installation fee as a surcharge.
